UK Power Network (UKPN) which manages the electricity supply to the area at Partridge Way will be drilling a section of the footpath at Trinity Road to lay new cables. As a result of this, we will need to suspend a number of parking bays from Monday 5 February to Friday 9 February 2024. This is to inform you of an update letter for August 2023 that has been sent to residents living close to our site at Partridge Way, N22.

The letter outlines the project that's building 23 new council homes being built on the corner of Partridge Way and Trinity Road N22 8DW, with green landscaping and a new play space for local children.

The letter provides details of an upcoming "Update from the Contractor" event that will taking place on Thursday 21 September 2023 and will provide residents' with the opportunity to meet the team.

We also advise of water supply works taking place on site during August 2023.

Lastly, the letter outlines our proposal for naming the new council home blaock after the late Dr Aaron Gayle.

UK Power Network (UKPN) are planning to complete disconnections of the existing power within the hoarded site at Partridge Way, N22. This work will require digging and other construction activity on Partridge Way road. As part of this, we will need to suspend a number of parking bays from Saturday 24th June. For further information regarding the parking bay suspensions, please view the letter from the contractor, Formation.

There will be a closure of 8 parking bays at Partridge Way, N22 between Saturday 24 June 2023 - Wednesday 28 June 2023. This is due to cable installation and excavation works being carried out by UK Power Networks (UKPN). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
